i have made my arena game and i want to post it on my website yet if i only post the shortcut to the in the file that has the bulls eye on it. When you download it then you try to start it all that happens is kyou get a black screen with nothing on it. Even on my own desk top if i put the icon as a shortcut on the desktop it wont work yet if i open it while it is in with the files it works fine.

Yeah you need to include all the files with the exe.

You need to use winzip or winwar, or some other compression method to pack all of your games' files (including the exe) into one folder; and then upload that file to your website (or filefront, megaupload, etc) so others can download your game with all of its files, and run it
