I believe someone on this thread admitted as much.

How have you managed to miss these adverts? Perhaps you live in a parallel universe?

I thought all the jests on this thread were friendly - please don't look for problems where none exist.

Jeku is referring to another thread.

I've seen the ads but tend to ignore them. I think the only time I clicked on one was on another site.

Yes, they are inappropriate and tasteless. Now can we please move on as internetusers?

Eurgh don't get me started on these ads. Firstly, i love the game - as much as the server lag annoys me and the fact there is some really irritating people on it... I love it.

But the adverts are just getting worse. I mean okay a woman in a dress is ok if they were going for a damsel in distress look.. But then when it went to a view of more cleavage I was a bit annoyed. Then when it went to a shot of a womans chest in just a bra I was furious.. But the latest (a half naked woman lying down and by half naked I mean just wearing a pair of knickers) have just gone way over the top! It's ridiculous - Yes I know it may get men to click on the adverts and play the game but as well as been cheap and slutty it's also really sexist in the way they think just males will play the game. Loads of females are on the game, yet we don't see pictures of half naked men advertising the game.

Sorry about that - rant over!

Are you making a point or are you complaining.

Oh, and by the way.... you may want to put some ice on that bump.

Welcome to the forum,

Brian.

Making a point - I don't care if I don't see half naked men every half an hour :p

I do apologise on the bump but it made me mad! So I had to rant

Thanks for the welcome Brian!

Well, I personally don't really find the ads gross in any way. I'm a guy. But I don't find them attractive either, they're just one of those "yeah whatever" things. There's actually worse stuff on television, even on the single digit channels (at least here in America). Since I never pay attention to ads, their frequency doesn't really annoy me. The only ads that annoy me are the ones that make noise.

But they are everywhere, they're evn in Hotmail. And it isn't the only online game that has innapropriate ads, there's a whole crapload of them. It's gotten to a point where a friend of mine won't let his kids go on the internet at all.

Swordfight! My cheesy little first game!
