if you search a bit you will find the Panda Exporter (i use it too) (very good)

The exporter will only do the model,you will still have to copy and make your own .fpe file.

Or use the FPSC Entity Maker after exporting the model to have the .fpe file automatically generated: http://files2.thegamecreators.com/fpscreator/fpsc_entity_maker.zip
