Ok, I have a few questions about DLL files since I'v never used them before. What exactly are they? What do they do? How do you use them? And how do you make/edit them?

DLL's are reusable code, which could be used by many programs. What they can do is up to the programmer. In DBPro you use them by putting them into the user-plugins directory or by loading and then calling them. Generally you write the in Visual C, although some people like to use Pascal instead.
