Hey guys ,i just got new fpsc x10 ,and i wounder :

1. Are i can change the game icon ? The default is ,but i dont like that xD There is some way to change it ?

2. Next ,i want to know ,there is some advanced program with good preview to edit my game screen ? (title screen ,global script ,game over ,game complete) ,jut that is very hard and uncomfortable and i feel limited ! And if not ,maybe it will come out ?

3. Then i want to ask ,are there is some possible way to create game startup movie ? In normal game u see the company list of game creators ,i wounder if i can put some .avi ,.wmv or .fla movie when u just opened game !
(Example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NCnkfSziNkk)
And there is some way to put movies (like .avi or .wmv format) in middle of game ? From one level to other ?

4. There is some way to put "Multiplayer", "Options" and "Credits" in game screen ? And create option to change the video quality settings ?
(And what PC requirements need to somebody play my game ?)

5. And some difficult question , are i can create game on my PC ,and then "Build game" in other PC ,who have less than minimum Video card requirements ?


Sorry for disturbing xD I will be very happy if there is some ways to do all that ,and don't tell "u can't" if you are not shore !

1. To my knowledge there is no way to change the icon for FPSC x10.
2. You have to edit them in a photo manipulation program, such as GIMP, Paint.NET, Photoshop, or something similar.
3. I'm not sure if you can play movies before the main menu, but you can make movies in between levels. Simply put the story marker on top of the start marker.
4. Multiplayer must be built in a separate game. There is no options or credit screens. You can put you name in the menu background, or in a text document in the game folder. If players need lower settings, then they can change them in your setup.ini file after they download.
5. In a way, yes, but I can't see why you would want to.

I know that ,that wasnt my question ,i mean ,other program ,who is easy and special for creating game menu ! Without good priew its very very hard to create good game menu ! And photoshop is one of my favorite programs ,i just cant create something in 3ds max or after effect without it !

Because ,big game will take very very long time to create it ! It means ,i need to start "build game" before i going sleep ,but i have very powerful computer and it will take a lot energy ... i mean ,i create game in my computer and after put it in my laptop ,it have win 7 ,but 7*** video card ... i better "build game" in it and wait all night ...

That's what I meant. There's no way to change the game icon.

You don't need a preview. Make your game menu image the right size, and it will appear the exact same in-game. You could load your text for the menu into photoshop and put them where they should go.

If your laptop can run FPSC x10 games, then yes you can build it. You will need to transfer all .fpm files, and custom segments and entities you used.

I think you can play a movie before the main menu the Alex Angel Demo has one. So I think it is possible but maybe he did some thing else to get that movie to come in first..

I cant understand u ! Very stupid ,there is no "PM" system ...
Are u saying ,i can create all in photoshop ,and i don't need to edit all images and "new game" ,"save game" positions ?

I think He's saying that if you go to file/build game. Then in the menu that pops up go to level settings tap and then the title screen edit button were you can edit your custom stuff. That were you would use gimp or photo shop to make your stuff that you need..

And there is a preview in the options. You have to do some guessing but once you guess it there is no problem after that. Cause you can do the math in your head.
