After seeing all the locked threads because the user posted a bmp image instead of a jpg image, I decided to unleash my secret of un-locked threads: Imagicon.
This is a handy, very small tool - under 1 megabyte. It's easy to use, too. You select your save mode (you can choose from jpg, bmp, ico, or png). You select your save directory (by default it is the root of the converting images). Now all you do is drag n drop your files to the main window, and it's automatically converted to the save format and save directory! So I take screenshots with FPSC, go to the directory, convert it with Imagicon, and post it up here! It's amazingly simple!
This is one great program, I recommend that you guys download it.
