I would like to know how to copy my game to a cd rom disk after I
have created it and have the disk auto run an installation program
that will install the game to a customer's computer.

Thank you in advance.

ok if u have made an installer .exe for ur game and its on the disk to add an autorun open notepad and type

[AutoRun]
OPEN=INSTALLER NAME.exe
ICON=UR CD ICON.ico

Save As Autorun.ini

eg

FPSC game installer.exe -- installer
FPSC game icon.ico -- Icon File

(notepad)

[AutoRun]
OPEN=FPSC game installer.exe
ICON=FPSC game icon.ico

Save As Autorun.ini

If You Did It In A New Folder It Should Look Like This

Copy

FPSC game installer.exe
FPSC game icon.ico
Autorun.ini

To Cd And Burn And Your Done

Hope You Understand

JiMmYThEHaNd,

Very good explanation. This should be useful to many. I don't recall seeing something like this in the Community Guide, though I might have missed it. It would be nice to have it in there.
