athlon 3000+ i think. its pretty expensive though. im guessing it would clock around 2.6 - 2.8 ghz.

i was wrong, its an athlon 3200+ now. and for the actual speed i was way out, it clocks at a mere 2.2 ghz, lol.

check AMDs site...
the AthlonXP are not even close to being the fastest AMD on the market.

the AlthonXP 3000+ outperforms the Pentium4 3.0Ghz by 15% on normal operations and by a slim 3% on Hyperthreaded Operations.
as for it being 2.1ghz, sorry AMD might be good - but they can't perform miricles.

checkout that site for the REAL processor speeds & some better prices ... remember that going for the AMD packs are just a waste of time as they tack on £30 for a £10 fan&heatsink.
