i thought you could make terrain without modeling by using the scifi boulder and retexturing it! heres an example with grass:

That is rather clever, 10/10 for innovative thinking!
Unfortunately, this limits the types of segments it is possible to use, so only one segment can be used.

Nice try though, its looks pretty good.

well, basically any segment texture can be used from the texture bank. but you have to be smart with placing so its just mostly floor segments

Indeed.

Rolfy did this a looong time ago, and his version was character friendly, and a lot larger.
