here's an okay guide.

Personally I'd go with

radeon 8500 (a little old now, but can be found under $100)

GeForce FX 5200

Radeon 9500 Pro -If you're lucky you get for just $100.

I don't know much about gfx cards, but thats just my advice, and hopefully the link is helpful.

I paid $120 for a Radeon 9500 Pro a couple months ago and couldn't be happier with it. If you're superlucky you might find one for $100 now. I don't suggest you go down below the 9000 mark on Radeons; if you can't find a good deal on the 9500 I'd go with a low-end GeForce FX card because they have all the new bells and whistles.
