i think this was a pretty useless post.
the developer of wizmod perfectly expressed why he stopped wizmod in his thread, and the need for a post asking why is kinda silly.

i am proud to say that i am an official apple-juice mod user, always will be.

Ok here it is very very quickly they got fed up of working together and they decided to stop the mod as know one was working together as a team.

yeah, sorry, i was a bit harsh.
the wizmod team (to my knowledge) decided to quit because of what the next said and because i think some of them were moving on to do something else.

i am proud to say that i am an official apple-juice mod user, always will be.

Why do people only think about those things. So many more things in life.

Or at least get strung along until it gets cancelled too...and/or undergoes 5 cryptic name changes to keep people interested until eventually nobody knows where it came from or what it does anymore.

Sorry for the MOD rant, but what is up with all these mods lately? Are any of them actually at a stage of completion where you could use them for anything worthwhile?

Or is every one of them just a big "to do" list?

Those are the same thoughts I've been keeping to myself since all of these new mod threads starting popping up everywhere as well. I have to admit that some of the features did sound promising, but I knew from the start that Wizmod wasn't going to be finished, which is why I never got into the hype. There was too much being put on that plate.

Though some of features from these new mod projects being advertised do look intriguing, I'm not becoming a "zomgz xmod this, xmod that groupie until I see one of these mod threads advertising a finished product

/:End rant

LOL. I think there are a couple of stable ones, but they are the ones that concentrate on a particular set of features, such as weapons or scripts. The ones that have multiple coders and try to accommodate forum requests for every possible feature don't seem to be getting anywhere.

Brian.
