I know what he means though; official support really is lacking. Just compare the X9 official site vs the X10 official site. The X10 site is nothing more than a one-page ad.

@ Jingle Fett: Yea that confused the cr*p out of me when i first got FPSC X10, i didn't know where to find all the information on the features and whatnot, i was convinced it was like the X9 site. Apparently it IS the X9 site

I have locked this due to an unecessarily offensive title and content of some of the posts which I have deleted entirely. These measures in preference to any other action.

Needless to say I chaneged the title too.
