FPS Creator X10 / Missing MFC71.DLL when i install Module Pack help.

Hey, i have fps creator x10 when i install some module packs like module pack 3 or 5 i can't start fps creator i get this message (pic). Maybe im not installing it properly i just install the packs to FPS Creator X10 folder. (C:\Program Files (x86)\The Game Creators\FPS Creator X10). packs 1 and 2 worked but other packs i get the error message please help.

You need to download the newer model packs from
your order history.

You also need to ensure that you have the most recent update.
