Hockeykid I noticed something that needs to be fixed mate.

Once crouched (with a body) look all the way up and u see ur neck even if the model has no head. LOL as if the camera fell to the stomach instead of continuing on the neck

Hmmm...might I ask about the famous zombie commands? Since the VBOTB entry deadline has been reached, there wouldn't be any competition using those commands, riiiiiight??

I dont know if anyone else has this problem, but when i put the fenix mod source in place of my 1.16 source,it works, but when i click test game,it crashes. Is this possibly because the latest update wasn for 1.15?

Does anybody really even read these?

I'm sorry my brother was "hosting" a charity event and I have been working on that all week. The event was today and I was at it for the past 9 hours. (from 9am to 7 pm)

Honestly i'm kinda surprised no one figured it out

Use addzombie (in place of add ally or add enemy) but be warned their only motive is the player.

Holy chicken!! I just had an AWESOME idea!! You should add Dark Physx and stuff like bloom and motion blur! Then you will have the ultimate mod with somewhat easy competition! P.S. does the water have swimming and limited oxygen supply? Those would be great!

Already has swimming and I will add an option for oxygen. (once I fix this odd bug that some how caused weapon animations to speed up)

This Mod is ridiculously amazing. I swear, if one more feature gets inserted into the finished product, my head will seriously detonate.

*Whisper* But that should stop you from adding more!

I have a great idea that I know you can script and it would make the game play so much more intense.
Can you make it so upon getting shot, you will get a jolt of recoil? This can be seen in games like Call of duty and Battlefield.

But anyways, I think this would make combat with the comp. player much more realistic.

Thank you Hockeykid for such an extraordinary mod!

If it's not too much work, I agree with Shaka, camera shaking in accordance to what is happening to the player is a very old feature in many other games. Camera motions such as bobbing when walking/sprinting, camera tilt when taking fall damage, and camera shake/tilt when taking damage.

Could this be a possibility for Fenix Mod in the future?

Yeah that is very true! You can spot this feature in a lot of older games too besides Call of Duty.
Also, as Pride said, This is only just an idea. If you don't have time or don't want this in the mod, Its totally fine! Just want to do all I can with ideas is all! I'm really looking forward to the finished mod. Its going to be tough to compete with for sure!

I think I got things covered now. I'll just go into the script and add "addzombie" to Bond1's script. Thanks anyway though, very considerate of you!

if you had camshake AND particles, nothing could compete. airmod has a command called camshake=x that might could acomplish this though. for those who want to try 20 is the highest amount of shake.

well, camshake makes the camera just go insane. I meant something more controlled. like screen recoils up a few degrees when shot, then stops, or goes back down. or when walking, the camera bobs in a figure 8 type motion with stepping. (bob upward left, go down left, bob upward right, go down right) maybe jumping too. like... camera looks up a little bit, then down a little bit when space is pressed.

Exactly. And it seems Hockeykid has verified!

Don't sweat it Hockeykid, take as long as you need. Although I'm anticipating the new release of this mod, we can wait if you need the time.

Good luck,

I've been lurking this thread since creation and I love how it's shaping up. Keep up the good work Hockeykid, you have quite an extensive feature list and work at a very fast pace, recoil would be extremely useful, this mod might make me actaully use FPSC once in a while.

bloom would be really cool too. the game I am working on now would really use the camera shaking tho, meant to spray bullets everywhere, not be accurate. its a fast paced run n' gun, and all the shaking i can get would rock.

Of course bloom and other features would be nice, but since you're adding water, I would like to have floating/physics on dynamic entities. Anyways, congrats Kid for all the work you've done so far on this mod...

You men like falling on the floor and spasmatically twitching then getting back up like nothing happened? Yeah, that sounds about right...

The camera shake sounds excellent though, keep it up!

You guys have got to chill out about bloom He's already got enough on his plate atm with water i would believe.
Speaking of that, just came by this thread to see that you said there'd be water and I just about fell outta my chair
Camera shake effects will be really nice as well, i can see many uses for that already

If you're still stuck with the animation speed problem, I'll just tell you that it's because of the extra sync's from the water.

Look in the source you're taking water from and you'll see I had a "synced_cams" variable (or something like that) to compensate for this and slow them back down dependant upon the number of cameras being synced.
