I Have About 20 Decals Including Water In My generic\decals Folder But Only The Default Decals That Came With FPSC Show Up

hmmm, are they free decals or the sprite pack 1 ? If its sprite pack 1 then just reinstall it and hope that it works. Thats all I can give you since you havnt said if its free or sprite pack 1.
