Hey guys, I am working on and M16 and wanted som C&C and any ways to make it better because I am not satisfied with it right now, but I wanted tro post my progress so I can hopefully finish and make it FPSC ready. Pics attached

there seems to be a lot of inverted faces=P they show up black in flat shaded mode, select the black faces and press ctrl + shift + f

There are no inverted faces. They are black because of terrible smoothing groups and low-polyness.

Looking at that image, there are a lot of inverted polygons. The reason they are showing black is because the normals on some of the polys are facing inward. This can be fixed easily when making the model by pressing ctrl shift and "f" when the polygon is selected.
