I do my own indenting too, but along with being a useful tool for when you're rushed, auto-indent can help you find out where the nesting errors are coming from.

I've just got hold of some info which hopefully will let me do a bit more work on this project...

Obviously it's nowhere near finished yet. I started it because I wanted an IDE that would allow more than one DB file open at a time for copying and pasting.

I'm using .DBA files at the moment while I do the syntax highlighting - hence the DBC file loaded into one of the windows.

Nice, that makes two IDE Screenshots I've seen

You know both DBP and DBC use .dba as the extension though right? .dbp is just the project file for pro.

Oh, and is that written in VB? Because it sure looks like it lol. Coming along nicely though.

It's written in Delphi.

Understanding the command switches to give to the compiler, and the replies it gets is easy, just write this simple DBPro app and compile it in a small window:

Now all you need to do is replace the compiler with this and you can learn the command switches. It simply reads back the command parameters given to a program.

All I get when I do that is "_temp.dbpro". ¿What am I doing wrong?

Ahh okay, I thought it was VB because it has those really fat toolbars that are the default in VB lol.
