I am new to blender, And i am working on a set of stairwell stairs. Looking for anyone who can tell me the scale size that this should be. Keep in mind the other side will be going up one more flight.

well it seems like your steps and railing get shorter as you go up the stairs. Not sure if that was on purpose...

Honestly can't comment much on scale atm, not sure what you mean. Your bottom step looks about right. Just keep everything in proportion with that.

Yah the railing i need to boost up a bit more near the top, What i mean for scale is the scale in game for 2 square's. Guess i will find out when i try to get them in game after setup and texture.

Well, as far as scale. I suggest you make a tall slender box. Make it to the size you want a human model to be. Then base everything off of that box. Then when you go into your engine, everything will be the same size, but if you have to, you can uniformly resize everything by the same amount.

FYI a standard 'run' for stairs is 7 inch rises to a 10 inch run. So each step is 10 inches deep and 7 inches up to the next step. If you use this proportion the stairs will look better.

Just thought I'd point this out. I hope it helps you adjust the model.

Cheers!
