I am build arena game where I play test game set effects in the effects menu, but in the final game, no effects have not been set

What version are you using ? Make sure you have the latest, the effects should automaticly save for both test/built , sp/mp games

mmmm, I do asume it saves in test game mode ?

Well, It also depend how you quit the test game, if you dont quit succesfully with the test game then it wont save, my next idea is to backup any added content then reinstall x10 and see how that works out cause you cant really do anything without making sure its not fpsc having problems with files.
