Hello guys, me and mgarand have been working on a pack and have finally decided to release it, it is a modern day pack and totals 40 Entities and a bonus pack of 3 modern walls and floors.

We are asking for £4.50 and accept paypal only.

Hey Mgarand, is there any way that you guys can do a model pack with different windows like the one in this model pack, more sealed doors, need more manholes...is freaking Awesome! you guys got me wanting more..the bench is not that good. no color at all..other then that this pack rocks! money well spent.

hmm, i think that was an old bench model that was made a while back and got scrapped as it had mesh errors, there's a chance i forgot to delete it, but we can always make another one
