Dark GDK / cant install??

I have downloaded Dark GDK multiple times, but every time I seem to get the same error , Windows can not access this file you may not have the appropriate permission to access this item, is there any way i can fix this please help

Hmphh. I ran across something similar today on a Windows Server. Go into Windows Explorer, drill down to the file and right click it. Choose properties. If there's an option there to "Unblock", select it.

Otherwise, it sounds like you're account doesn't have appropriate permissions on your own workstation.
