You cant get it, its under closed development which strangely means you cant have it, if you could dont you think they would have put a link on their site


NO arguing it if you cant read their site then theres not much hope, How many people are going to ask for EFX use another mod there are many mods now that are better just look around i would recommend Horror mod or Fenix Mod personally.

You could Use apple Juice mod. it has wizmod, which has many Efx features.

Note, the version with wizmod has not yet been released...
