Video Tutorial Kit
What is it?
As some of you may or may not be aware. I’ve been producing video tutorials for DarkBASIC Professional aimed at newusers since December 2007. There’s a good few hours of content up there now, and it can be a bit of a pain running through the tutorial parts because of the you tube ten minute limitation.
To help eliminate this problem, and consolidate the tutorials into one place. I’m in the process of developing a stand alone software player, that comes with my existing tutorials in both SD and HD video formats. This software kit will be free to download, and free to distribute.
Design Goals:
Produce a software player
Package videos into one system
Organise video’s into a menu
Support both HD and SD versions for different desktop resolutions
Re-encode old youtube videos parts into one seamless video
Design a video plugin system, so new video’s can be downloaded separately
Design an online comments and suggestions feature
