Lets try this again I bumed the last time. Anyway I can't get the cursor layer to show up on the taskbar. Can somebody give me an idea on what might be happening here. Thank you for your time. Please see attachment.

A display issue when using certain themes on Vista. Do note that FPSC X9 was NOT designed to work on Vista, and therefor such issues may occur.

I get the same thing when I try putting it in my laptop with XP

That's odd, perhaps an issue of your installation using a different system font. As it has always worked fine to me.

The only thing that they have in common is they are both HP and wide screen. I don't know if that helps

Ok Silvester that was the clue. I changed the DPI in my laptop to 90 percent. and on vista I adjusted it to 96. Thanks I have been working around this for some time. Again thanks a lot.
