All looks nice.

Personally I would go with Nvidia over ATI for graphics from experience.

I'd also go with Nvidia, I also suggest an intel processor over AMD. depending if you want to spend the money i7 would work great, if you want something effective but cheaper go with an intel quad core.

I think nvidias are sometimes overpriced a little, i saw one the exact same as the 1gb 4870 ddr5 but it was 1gb ddr3 and was about 160 pounds, dont ask where ive seen it tho XD

Nah either is good but Nvidia does keep up with there driver more so you get better outcomes.

Nvidia is the best with no doubt ATI are not the leaders in game graphics and most likely never will be their cards always have a bug of some sort and the support sucks to be honest i had 1 ATI a while back went back to nvidia within 3 months.

Yes they cost more but quality costs money, you cant expect to get it cheap it doesnt work like that.

The first one is the motherboard, the second is the processor.

@Bigsnake LOL okay dude what ever you say.. Just explain one thing why all the lack on ATI side for DX9.0c(they don't have that yet.) And then the cards out there don't even have full support of DX10 but guess who does(Nvidia if you didn't know).. But I would really have to disagree with you on the whole latest card ATI has out there is better then the Nvidia 295 gtx..... Not a chance..

P.s. And I am not a fanboy of nvidia's I just know good quality when I see it..

Okay, fpsc x10 was made for compatability with the Nvidia 8800 and other Nvidia cards, that is why on the back of the case it says Nvidia. Those are the cards that will work best with fpsc x10. However, it is your choice not ours.

I have to give you that one.. looking at them both the ATI has a munch faster core clock 850MHz(compared to the 295 gtx 576MHz) and almost all the other specs. It look like I was wrong but only testing will tell..and how long will that card be on top until nvidia comes out with something else?? And another question is it error free.

ATI currently has more advanced drivers and cards. I dont think Nvidia has any 10.1 cards yet.

Yeah they do I'm using one of them now and been using it for 2 or 3 months. They just updated there driver to have dx10.1. And by the way you couldn't run the newest update version 1.09 of fpsc x10 if you don't have dx10.1. Oh and also Nvidia just released there newest driver as of 08/27/09 so updates are not what Nvidia is behind on right now. And next month there will be a new Nvidia card that kills ati newest then ati will do there new card again and then repeat.
