i bought it and know when i try to download it with the TGCS(the game creators store) and it says it has been downloaded 50 or more times and i haven't downloaded it once>?

hmmm...

Did you buy it from the actual store? Like the TGC store build game upgrade? If so, you can only download products from there 5 times, think there was a typo, and if it says it has already been downloaded then it sounds like you have a hacker on you. If that's the case, I can't help you, but you should contact TGC and tell them what happens. Hope you figure out what happened.

If you contact Rick I'm sure he'll reset it for you. They put that limit in to prevent getting their bandwidth drained by people trying to be funny, and I remember them telling during the Beta stages they would gladly reset your downloads if you contact them.

Look for his name and send him a private message. It's probably "Rick".
In the mean time, I recommend you scan your computer with some good stuff (I use AVG, ClamWin, MalewareBytes) and once the viruses (If any) are removed change your password.
If you really didn't download them, the chances that somebody has access to your account is far higher then the chances that the server will have an error that sets only your downloads to the maximum.
