I don't think you can, but this has been asked plenty of times, you would need to make them a weapon

1. Create a weapon with the model being the WW2 binoculars
2. Position them just in front of you
3. Make the fire animation 0 frames
4. Add a "look through binoculars" image for the zoom in/hud like so:

5. Add it into game

It's pretty advanced it seems, but you need to learn to do all that stuff look around the forums (search) on how to do each of those it's quite easy actually.

thx, seems stupid that tgc wouldnt add the scope and all that into it though o.O

They had to make the binoculars match the flashlight in there that doesn't do anything on its own either O.o
