I hate Digital Skills.Im Veeeeery Upset!
Today. Eventually, My book arrive my home.However,Nothing exist in Box.Why? What happening? I'm So crazy .
Why Digital Skills joke to me? Are you funny? hahaha ....
I'm disappointment from you.

Anyway,When I send email or claim message to D.S,they never say...

I tell you, online shipment = make me anger. I swear, no one care about customer, eh? It no make sense to me.

maybe some chucklehead postal worker stole it from you


Remember those old guys? They made epic renders, I think one of them was called DaVinci, and all they used was MS Paint. Sometimes it's just skill....

Well now your address is on the internet, not sure if that's a good idea or not.

I'm not sure about South Korean laws but hopefully there's a way to take legal action if you find out it was really a deceitful company.

I have to say I find this very hard to believe. I'm not saying it isn't true puppysss, it's just I can't imagine how they would make such a mistake. I mean what are the chances that someone posts an empty box?

I ordered both books from Digital Skills and received them both quickly. I found the service good.

Have you tried ringing their phone number to see if you can get them that way?

you might want to remove that picture, someone has got some infomation they need to rip you off. Just saying thier are people like that.

As for the screw up with postal, it happens; Printer i bought was missing all the wires and inks, (meant to be inluded) Got a newish charger without the laptop, Oh and a biscuit instead of a iphone, though the last one was on ebay.

Mistakes happen.

I think eBay would be better if sellers passed the item to an eBay warehouse first where it was checked, then eBay handled the rest and passed the seller their cut. It'd be far harder to abuse and worth the slight delays/increase in cost.

1 - I bought DBPro Vol2 from D.S

2 - I waited 1 week but I didn\'t got my Book. So I disputed to Digital Skills. Then,They send email to me. They Said \"I post at 05d/08m/2009y By Airmail parcel\".

3 - But After 1weeks, I didn\'t get it. So I send email to them again. But They Said \"I am Sorry ... It does not arrive in South Korea. So I can refund Rest Of World Payment. But I Cannot refund Book price\".Then I\'m Veeeery Upset...

4 - Today Morning,Postal worker went to my home. So I get Parcel Box?!. The Parcel is lightest.Then I\'m So So crazy!!
When I opened the parcel,Only bill exist in the Parcel Box.
So I Claim D.S.

Did the parcel look as if it had been opened before?
What did the external packaging look like? Was it torn? Did it look as if extra tape had been used to seal it, etc? If not, and the packaging looked secure, then it sounds like a mistake by Digital Skills. Did someone else open the package before you opened the box?

Just give the whole story, not just angry bits and pieces, and you might make progress.

Sounds like someone either put their Hands On the book when they shouldn't - or the opposite.

I'm assuming you used a credit card, PayPal or some form of electronic money transfer. You will have to wait until the charge shows up, and then dispute it. You don't have to pay for something you didn't receive.

Are you saying that they do not deliver to South Korea? And that they can refund shipping but can't refund book price?

^I wonder if that's what he's trying to say? But why would they do that?

Just this minute,I find that parcel box been tear in inside box.
And It's finger traces.

LOL. If you had posted those snippets in the beginning, we all would know what has been going on. You may have been a little impatient and caused some issues yourself. Anyway, it seems that Digital Skills is doing everything they can to resolve the issue. Since you disputed the payment, they no longer have your money and cannot return it. Now you'll have to wait.

You might be their worst nightmare too.

I'm Upset for Empty Parcel Box.I have Empty Parcel Box and Digital Skills Bills...

It seems like you claimed fraud before the book even had a chance to arrive, hence the early dispute claim... It seems to me from their emails that D.S. have been extremely patient and supportive with you.

I don't know why a postal worker would steal a programming book, but I do know that some UK postal workers are thieves from personal experience.
