I wanted to make a simple puzzle game and this is what I came up with. I'm not sure what to call it. I was calling it Blockout but that sounds too much like breakout so....

Anyway, random shapes appear and you must place them on the board and clear as many squares before your time is up. You clear squares by matching at least three like colors and patterns. Random 'explode' squares will clear the surrounding nine squares from the board. The harder levels have more shapes, colors, patterns, and the board gets smaller with less time.

Error - Sprite doesn't exist at line 310.

Otherwise, addictive and good, it just need improvement. Reminds me of MindSweeper really, why not call it TetrisSweeper?

TetrisSweeper, sounds good.

I keep playing and can't duplicate the error. Line 310 is in the function diplaying the tile map. All the sprites existed before, I don't have any delete sprite commands, so....Hmmmmm......

Thanks for the feedback by the way Zeus.
Do you rememder what level you were playing or how long? Did the error occur in the intro screen?

Alright I checked it out but still can't duplicate the error. I just added in my display function to check if the sprite exists That really doesn't tell me exactly why that error showed up of course. Don't have time right now but I'll check it out later.

I did see that I spelt MENU wrong though
Too bad CodeSurge doesn't have a spell checker because I can't type worth a been.
