i have recently purchased an x-box 360 USB controller and am having trouble getting it to work with fpsc.
i have downloaded patch 1.4 and there is nothing rong with the controller.
just woundering if theres possibly something iv missed.

go to your setup.ini in fpsc dir, and change xbox = 0 to 1

Hmm...

I cant seem to find xbox=0 in the setup.ini
which patch is it i need to use xbox controlers? i was sure it was 1.14.005 but i could be wrong (I usualy am )

ok, i built a game and set it which worked, and in full fpsc it erases my command...

hello... i look up information on 360controller. mine don't work.
i did the upgrade 1.15...looking inside the setup of my fpsc dir and in there theres no xbox=0 or xbox=1...

i also plug it in and let windows download automatic and still doesn't work..
does it matter what kind of control...i am using the control that came with my xbox..is usb and not wireless... are they different version of controls...

any help ..thanks.

there doesn't need to be an xbox=0 just type it in your self.

@ hockeykid....does it matter were u put "xbox=0".. or is there a sepcific location...does it has to be in the main setup..or the game that u make setup.. thanks h kid

Here's a run down on the best way. RedEye was correct 1st reply.
1. Build your game.
2. Open your setup file in notepad.
3. At the very bottom of the text/code (blank area in notepad)
Add -- xbox=1
4. Save
5. Connect joy to usb (vista picks it up with no problem or having to do anything. XP should be the same) Or go to control panel and check under Controllers in windows.
6. Run game. Lee listed the controls. though I added it for you.

**xbox=2 flips it. From memory. Use: xbox=1
Down on D-Pad retracks weapon off screen. Enjoy.
