How do you turn off water and window refraction?

---new computer
intel core i7 965
12 GB DDR3 RAM
1 GB Nvidia GTX 250
1 TB Hard Drive
Windows index score: 5.9 / 5.9

Well for water you can go into your preference options
and uncheck default water level. Or slide all the water slider to 0 in the test game..
And for the refraction press tab in test game and slide the slider for window refraction to 0.

And in windows 7 the scores go to 7.9 so
it wont be hard to beat your score anymore lol...
