Thanks all.Heres how I do it,I import the weapon into Fragmotion,then I export the model as Half Life .smd format as it preserves bones and everything,then I import in 3dsmax with smd plugin,do all the rigging and animating,then I export model as smd and animation as smd,then I just merge in Fragmotion and export.I know my animations are a bit too simple because making really cool animations with all finger movement and stuff takes hours of rigging,animating takes like 2 days.So ill stick to simple but ill make them more natural next time
EDIT: Here we go,a screenie of the minigun with hands,uses stock animations cause they work just well.
