how can i add normal map on rooms? I add normal map on rooms but in game all black

My PC specs: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ 2,66Ghz
2 GB RAM
9600GT 512MB DDR3

I dont think its possible in FPS to have normal maps on segments.
