Could someone please tell me, step by step, how to use LithUnwrap? Or direct me to a tutorial. I've found some free models I want to go about texturing, and I'd appreciate some help in learning.

It depends if you know how UV mapping works really, I mean you have to understand it, and to do that your best to just experiment with it.

There are lots of good tutorials out there to get you started.
