dpb and fpsc are upgrade to the news version....i also got the extra.. i follow instructions but getting erros...
?1= do u need darklight to run the source code... 2?= and if u do does darklight work with out having dark GDK...
3?= is light compatable with only darkbasic pro.
4?= can u still run the source code by passing darklightu]

thank for any help to my questions

i got it to work, don't need no more help

3. It's a DBP Plugin, so yes.
4. You'd have to remove all the DarkLights code in the source to run it without, and so no, not really.

okay i try 2 differnet things. the first i follow the read me notepad..i get pic error1.

second thing i tried. i copy the those to folder and save it into the db complirier folder. and keep getting those return error message. i would put rem and it keep going. so i furstrate and stop. i also did not install the darklights stuff because i don't have the full version. pic error 2 and 3.

Error 3 - you need to move the new setup.ini in the extras folder into the DBP compiler folder to replace the one current there (don't forget to back up your file.).

Can't answer that one I'm afraid. It's an internal error by the look of it. You could try Lee with it.

BTW could you post your pictures as JPG, BMP take ages to download. Thanks.

@ scene commander....i got it to work with out darklights, i think, after i press f4 it made a exe. and follow what the notepad said . when i ran fpsc after that i didn't see nothing different, still looks the same.

about the pics i did it real quick in acheap windows paint program. but i keep that im mind now about jpg...i tried the url but u suggest but it didn't work. still need more trail and error
