I really don't like asking these kind of questions, but I've been looking around on the forum and the internet for a while, and I haven't found anything.

I need a placeholder model for my game. I've never worked with animations and models before, and i think it's time i start. Basically, all i need is a humanoid model (maybe UV mapped), with arms and legs, that's animated to walk, and to attack (maybe just raising it's arms up and lowering them). It doesn't matter how simple the model is, or how basic the animations are, so long as it's a model, and it's animated. I guess it doesn't even need to be human. I just need something to go off of.

I can create a model easily in blender... but i've never been able to animate it like i want (only changing position, scale, n rotation in the IPO curve editor). So, does anyone know where i can find a model like this? Preferably in .x or .blend format.

Does anyone know where i can find a basic animated
