Hello community! I was wondering if I could make the air vent be a little higher than the normal height without moving it to the next floor? so you have to stack some items up to get into it.

Thanks kindly, Kaizokuroof(Quack)

Try using the page up/down buttons, See if that will allow you to raise the vents up.

You can place it a floor higher, OR, copy the "FPS" file out of your segment bank, name it something else, put in the same directory as the vent, then edit it and change offset y= whatever. Play around with that till you get the height you want

A good tip there, remember you'll need to change the vents doors in the same way otherwise they won't fit the new vents.

I was afraid I'd have to edit it. Well that settles it.

Thanks for the really quick, informative replies helped a lot.

Import it into the segment editor available from TGC, rename it and raise or lower it to suit, you can also import the doors for it in segment creator.
