Hi, all! I thought i'd start a competition!
It is scifi themed.

Rules:
1.Game must have at least 3 levels, but you can make as many as you like for it.
2. You may NOT use fpscx10, only x9.
3. You may use any mod.
4. Your game MUST follow a basic storyline
5. The level must not have been started before now.
6. All entries must be submitted (i will make a submission thread in 1 month) before christmas.
7.You MUST have fun!


Prizes:
From General Jackson:
First place: All the stock scifi guns rigged to hands
second place : half of the scifi guns with hands
Third place: Your choice of any1 of the stock guns

Coach Shogun 20:
Custom prop entity
More needed!!!

I might join, as my mini game Aquadorus is in the making.

Anyway, few sugestions:

Look at other contests threads and check their layout. Keep it clean, will attract more people.

And if this will be a big contest i might put the BlackBird model pack as prize for winner but i have to think about that.

To clear the definition on SciFi, would the following games qualify for this contest?

- something like S.T.A.L.K.E.R or F.E.A.R
- An Indiana Jones or Tomb Raider story in a SciFi setting
- A Zombie game set in the near future like the game "Resident Evil" or the movie "I am Legend"

I am asking because SciFi is probably the hardest to define.
Is 2010 allready the future?
Are SF segments a must?
Does SCIENCE has to be a part of the story?

Imo the rules have to narrow things down a bit. I mean I could do a time-travelling game where I have a single High-Tech laboratory (a 2x2 segment would suffice) and the rest is everything from ancient Rome to WW2. Generally this would still qualify as SciFi in regard to movies and literature

PS: timetravelling could be a contest theme of its own

In case you find my grammar and spelling weird ---> native German speaker ^^

Pretty much something that would happen in the future, how far is up to you, and it must also have some element (a starfighter, for one out of many examples) that we do not have today.
