In my game (getting complex a little) can i make a different scene, like one mint you are in a house, you wake up and go out side, can i then make a screen go blank and then have a different scene outside

You can do anything you want. You are really only limited by what you can program. Once your skills get higher and better.

Your best bet would be to write 2 sections of code, one that loads the house level and positions you inside, and another that unloads the house, then loads and positions you outside. Then, write code that activates the outside level whenever you open the door, or reach a certain point inside the house.

The thing is DB is not like any other game creator where you create scenes, add enemies etc.

You code everything. Anything is possible. To infinity, and beyond!

There's no place like 127.0.0.1

sorry andrew but I get anoyed by your stupid threads in ALL boards.

so a little quote for you from good old Einstein:

"There are 2 things that are infinite: the universe and the stupidity of mankind. although I'm not sure about the universe"

This boards are meant for asking questions AFTER you tried to do something and were unable to solve a certain problem. the trial versions aren't online just to look good on the webspace so please try them instead of asking complete nonsense *no matter if it's here, in the TM or CS board*

This board is rife with that behaviour. On my first post after the board/site redesign I was called a moron.
