ok, i am new in this forum and in dark GDK, and i have lots of problems with this.
when
in the first darkgdk manual, it sais that to beguin a new game, you have to push archive\new\proyect, and then, it will open a window. in that window, where it´s written tips of proyects, i have tu push in wizards whith the mouse, but there isn´t a wizards proyect in mi visual basic; why??
the next thing is, when i debug a sample program, there is an error:
fatal error LNK1104: no se puede abrir el archivo 'dplayx.lib'
in english:
fatal error LNK1104: it cann`t open file 'dplayx.lib'
how i can change this?

sorry if i have made lots of mistakes, becouse i´m from spain

pongo esto en español, porque vosotros no lo podreis entender jua jua jua

Lol, that was too much funny, almost can't stop laughing, sorry

I attach you a simple project template for DGDK (it does nothing, but you can start writing your code there) and there is no visual basic in DGDK, only C/C++/Visual C++, if you want other then languages then check DGDK.net

And come on, there are newbies from other countries. Nobody borns learned

If your Windows version is not English, the wizards are not installed properly. You have to copy/edit some files to make the wizards appear. Please read the last page of the "installation and wizards" thread which is on top of this forum:

http://forum.thegamecreators.com/?m=forum_view&b=22&t=118371&p=2

There are several posts on this page on how to fix the problem, one of the suggestions there will surely help you.
