go to build game, global script, and there ya go! If you want ot do it IN the game, then download Fenix mod and make the script! glad I could help

You don't need any mod to change the ambient lighting via a script; that's been possible in FPSC right from the beginning.

Just use the command "AMBIENCE=X" in a script, for example:


Obviously play around with the value to get the ambience you want.

Save that as an FPI file in your scriptbank, and apply it as the main script of a dynamic light with 0 range. As a small benefit, this also prevents the ambience being changed in a built game using the < and > keys. Stops people cheating.

Using this method, you can make variations of the script and apply them to a dynamic light in each level, and the ambience will change.

Something's wrong! When the ambience is 0 and I have EAI's flashlight, there's a error message!

My desktop died. But I have a laptop that also has 1 GB of RAM and a crappy video card. But it still works.

The error message only happens when it is FPSCV1.07. But I installed the 1.15 update and there is no error message but the lighting doesn't change! And when I change the ambiance to 0, it just changes to 50.

I want a new computer!
