If he's not going to release it he can.
You've got FPSC map import there? That's nice, especially as it retains the lightmaps.
The player's walk animation makes him look slightly consipated, that could do with smoothing out and made faster and more dynamic.
THe framerate averaged 30FPS, and I'm concerned that at the moment there is very little going on. Will it run ok once you have enemies, AI, bullets, objectives, hud and all that other jazz in there?!
THe zoom is cool and you've obviously put effort into it, but maybe there should be a smoother transition between 3rd and 1st person views? Perhaps pan the camera from 3rd person, onto the gun, and then fade in the sprite (or slide it in from the bottom of the screen).
The flash looks odd, it lights the gun but doesn't make and actual flash. If you're using FPSC media, why not rip a muzzle flash from the gamecore folder and use that? It would look much crisper. I would recommend just using the 3D model the whole time though. Make a 3D flash for the end of the gun, and when you aim, zoom into the gun and view it from just over the Swat guys shoulder.
I'm out of things to say. It's looking promising though. You have the advantage of a powerful level editor!
I want robotic legs.
