The 9th Reign is a 3rd/1st Person Shooter for which I have been working on periodically for a while.

THE STORY:
For Feigr, Liam, Olaf, Jerrik and Jenn (Names in the works), their lives changed drastically one night driving from a recent gig. An accident rendered the entire band in limbo awaiting judgement. The wait would seem forever yet it only lasted a few minutes before a demon of immense powers appeared before Feigr and Liam offering them a deal which had little choice.
To regain their souls, Feigr and Liam find themselves in Lucifer’s services, reaping the souls which belong to him. Feigr and Liam are granted new powers beyond their belief. Venturing through the bowels of hell and up to the streets of New York, Sweden, Canada and China, no one can be trusted and no one is what they appear to be.

Hack and slash through the hoards using weapons modified from your instruments using household objects, or blast your way to your target using common guns with innovative self made upgrades; like exploding bullets and gas traps. You can even take the forces of hell into your own hands with demonic weapons of mass destruction and soul reaping. Unleash deadly Demonic powers, and embrace what is your life.

OVERVIEW OF GAMEPLAY
All models and textures were created by myself, and need significant improvements on both textures and design. The human weapons are upgradable by spending currency which you attain during play. There are two different types of currency, one being standard dollars, the other is a diabolic currency which can only be spend through certain dealers who have ties below the surface.

These demonic weapons are generally materialized during game play. They are not carried around like conventional weapons. This allows for the player(s) to carry 4 types of weapons. 1 demonic weapon, 1 small firearm, 1 rifle or large firearm, and 1 melee type weapon.

A new method of carrying weapons is being worked on and near complete. This involves the player being able to select which weapons are desired to start the mission with. Throughout the missions, certain points will allow you to access your arsenal once again for quick modifications to a more suitable weapon.

In the real world, to humans everyone looks human. But to the players, certain people appear more than human. While innocent bystanders watch in horror as you maim what looks to be a completely normal human being, you and your partner see what the creature really looks like.

Heads can be torn off torso's by use of a crowbar and launched towards oncoming enemies in an attempt to knock them down or back. The upgraded weapons can launch fire engulfed bullets or lay highly flammable gas traps for enemies to walk into, while you fire a single round into the puddle to ignite the floor as well as the enemy.

Thanks, unfortunately 2 problems arise if I were to attempt a video, firstly, I don't have any video making software (that I know of), and secondly, the game is mostly code. I have been focusing more of my attention to the more difficult aspects of creating the game first. Since there is no real animations attached to the characters yet, the video would be quite dull. I would LOVE to have one out for all to see, but i need to finish up on the graphics first I believe, unless you all don't mind a boring video.

I also have a lack in time to get as much done as I am trying, since I have no help on all these parts, though am considering looking for some. I really want to redo the models and textures. They all really need improvements, but for now, they will do until i get more done. When I get more visuals done, I'll be sure to find a way and post one though.
