I know this ones do:

Cybermotion 3D ( but is more for structures than characters)
Maya
3D Canvas Pro

I want to make animated characters, What software can I use?
Maybe 3D Max 7? a friend is selling an original of this software.
TrueSpace 7.6?
Of course they have to export to .x format.
I want to use them in FPSC and DarkBasic Classic.

I was reading the specifications for fragmotion and I didn't see hierarchical animation, it only does skeletal. I have a print screen of it.

3dsmax is REALLY expensive, though, especially for just FPSC

Yeah, 3DS Max does it and is essentially the best package you can get your hands on. I have the student edition, which costed $200 for a year.
