Hi I would like to know how you can...
1) Make levels
2)Save them to a file
3)load them in a game

What Kind of levels? Platform, Isometric, tile?

Well for one you could create the levels in Paintshop or other paint program, then put all the level info into A DATA statment.
There are 2d level editors out there that will save the data into a text file. Try looking up 2d Level editors in google. I might be able to whip one up in a day or 2 if you would like. I actually have one started.
