I did a quick paint over thing. The red portions are some more noticeable proportion issues and the blue ones are areas that have some more major texture stretching.
These issues seem to carry over to some of your other models as well.

as far as the streaching I have already fixed all this , thanks, but as for the proportions i see alot now, thank you for this. ill studie this and my next modle ill use this to refrence from.thank you for your time Alucard94 .

I agree, everything is a little mediocre. The proportion issues are your biggest problem; thumbs are far too long, muscle anatomy of the arms is pretty wonky, crotch is too high, etc. But the texture work has some issues as well. It looks as if you've just thrown a few different photos of camo into photoshop and wrapped it around your texture. They all have different saturations and tones that just dont blend together. Id recommend trying to keep your clothing textures less saturated with a few accents of colour at points of interest like a medal or belt.

The animations are pretty good though, a few minor looping issues from what I can see but other than that they're very fluid.

@RUCCUS, ok thanks, ill work on all what you stated.like his textures, i am still learning on how to add detail and blending colors.as far as the modles being out of proportion I really dont see how this matters with game modles becouse the way i see it every one in the world looks difrent but I will try my best to keep them in more proportion to the picture above.

I detailed his face, his vest and over all aperance.im still working on him.

Thiers some major stretching,m along with seaming and proportion issues. I had some very good references but not on my laptop so ill post them tommorow.

I take its a single base mesh re textured? Since the uniform detials are non exsistant.

Its a good shot, but you need to modify each mesh for each chracter, simple retextures dont really work.

as in, im still working on him, I will show a better render when im done with him, now there is no streaching,and the proportions are all fixed. you said

ok, here is all the modles I have complete so far, they all look and work real good in game. thease are 100 percent done, now im moving on to the next one.thease shoots where taken with no effects added to them, just drop and shoot.

@Daniel- The characters are good, but the detail in the texture is weak. The seams on the characters should be brought out in Photoshop using a depth texture map applied to the pre-existing camo body texture to simulate real creases and puffy shoulders.

When you wear any pants, are the sems stright down? try adujting the angle for them to slightly follow the leg.

And thiers something really wrong with the blue camo fella. His face is brighter than his uniform. And looks Too real for the rest of the texture.
