I just started getting into FPS creator again, as back in 06, i had a really cruddy pc, that crawled round levels at 4fps and it was so boring and slow, but now i got a new laptop im making a really cool game...

I can't seam to find in the enemy settings "spicify what item it drops"

so when my boss enemy dies, he drops a key to the door u go through to continue, as i did it before, but in the latest version i cant find anything to do with dropping items when it dies?

Your boss enemy can't actually drop anythng besides a weapon, that you can pick up. A engine mod would be required to remedy this.

It might be possible to create the illusion of a key being dropped via spawning and effective .fpi scripting.

Unless the boss is in the area of the spawned key, when killed, the illusion won't really be very convincing.

there is a "destroyandactivate" script included in the "destroy" script folder but the *dropping* from the dead body is still a problem.

In case you find my grammar and spelling weird ---> native German speaker ^^

Anything but a weapon won't drop at the enemy's corpse. It'll actually spawn where it's placed in the level editor.

Set the enemy bosses destroy script to "destroyandactivate.fpi"
and in the IfUsed field write the name of your door(must be a remotedoor)

the door will open when you kill the boss.
