Well, you don't need to . DarkMATTER is just a collection of models that comes with DarkBASIC and happens to include a couple of tanks. If you have the CD you can probably install it from there, otherwise just have a look around the DBP folder.

Unfortunately, I read the EULA when I first saw the question and that is definitely illegal.

does'nt dark matter 1 come with the dark gdk download? you could always d/l and install that for the models.
