Will , I've downloaded some items from FPS Files website , I searched for lisence or readme file with them but i couldn't find them , so i want to know are these items :
Avaliable to use on comm. games ?

I would get permishion from all the artist just be be on the safe side.

Well, you DEFINITELY cannot use HL2 zombie in a commercial game.
You could get in big trouble with the law.
