Ok, I've pinned down the culprit. It is dbPhyMakeCapsuleCharacterController. I am receiving an access violation error upon closing the app. Any ideas? I'm using the original Dark Physics (no updates), because the updates created several other errors.

haha... nevermind... found a solution. the problem is with the dark physics updates.
